: Dolphin Manufacturing, Ajman in 1997. A complete Independent Factory for the manufacturing of :
-Complete Radiator
-Cores
-Tanks
-Condensors
-Evaporators
With an installed capacity of approx. 400 – 450 a day.
We are now contemplating of going into Exports in a bigger way. At present we do export to a few neighboring countries and the African Continent.
Hence we needed more installed capacity that why we bought recently the Core Builders from Toyo Japan which lifted our Core capacity to the desired level. With all these additional machineries and equipment coming in it will not be very long, we will find this present factory too small.
We have started manufacturing a good range of Complete Radiators for the Cars, Lights & Heavy Duty Commercial Vehicles, Heavy Duty Commercial Vehicles, Heavy Duty Cores for Earth moving Equipments specially Caterpillar, Komatsu etc.
We have also started receiving good enquiries for complete Radiators from Europe and Neighbouring countries.
We have also in the process of finalising with the two large Air – Conditioning manufacturers in the U.A.E, which would mean an additional line of manufacture for Condensors & Evaporators to meet the requirements.
With all this in mind we have settled for a large peace of property in Ajman itself, which will accommodate a factory, four times the size of present one.
Plant Construction should start in April and should be completed
By the end of the year. Please find attached herewith the list of
New machineries we will be requiring.
