The company has a distinct strategic advantage over other manufacturers as it houses facilities and expertise for the production of woven and knitted garments along with execution of embroidery work and screen printing. Production: Woven Unit: 50,000 pieces/month of shirts trousers, shorts, bermudas, ladies and children dresses. Knit Unit: 70,000 to 80,000 pieces/month of T-shirts. Screen Printing: Italian 5-color screen printing and curing plant with 3 x Computerized twenty heads embroidery machines capable of making nine thousand embroidery per day. A minimum capacity of 5,000-6,000 T-shirts in 2 shifts. Key fabrics used: 100% cotton Twill, Canvas, sheeting, Single/Double Jersey from Pakistan, India, Hong Kong.
